Most professional broker I've ever dealt with, hands down. Extremely responsive at all hours of the day and weekend, courteous enough to drive us to a few different places, was very thorough, negotiated on our behalf and took initiative to counter offer, professional enough that he reads the lease agreements and legal docs as a second filter before you sign anything, just very impressive in what he does. Also unlike most brokers, he's committed beginning to end, even after the checks have been written, he continues to provide help and feedback as we get ready to move into the apartment.
